united we stand

www.youtube.com/watch?v=zm6AGd3qE5U

This is part of a statement taken from the Arrangement Agreement. For those that are making a profit from this take over, beware.

Century shareholders are further cautioned that the proposed Business Combination will constitute a taxable transaction for Canadian-resident shareholders and may be a taxable transaction for shareholders in other jurisdictions, with any resulting tax being required to be "paid in cash".

While we are waiting...

I would like to echo Carib's advice (posted a couple of days ago) that in addition to the Shareholders' Committee's actions (much of which will be conducted initially in private (for obvious reasons), we, as individual shareholders, can and should do several things: (1) Let's work/lobby the media to pick up on this story (aas Carib put it: let'e shine some light on these cockroaches!). We live in diifferent cities (& countries), so who knows when a journalist is going to take a look at this unfolding story. John Helmer's article was a good start. Maybe there should be an article in the Val D'Or Daily (if there is a newspaper there?), perhaps the journalist can talk to the miners, and see how they feel. Perhaps they can help uncover fraud about the equipment!?

(2) Let's contact/recontact the regulators about non-compliance with Canadian laws, conflicts of interest (Finskiy controls both Boards), so he just wants to steal our shares in a phony "business recombination", which was recommended by all his lackies.

We must do our best Individually & collectively) to stop the pending theft of our shares without paying cash for them (based on objective & fair valuation). It is my opinion that WTG shares were manupulated to where they are trading today because of the fact that a single shareholder controls over 74% of them.
The following is a post that was on Stockhouse which I think explains the timelines and procedures to follow.

"1 - the record date means you are entitled to one vote for every share owned by the close of trade on the record date (April 7, 2011).

2 - The date for the vote is May 12, 2011!

3 - The reason why the info circular has not been received by anyone is because it can not be mailed until after the record date. They need to know who to send it to!

4 - It doesn't matter how you hold your shares or in what type of account you hold them. If you are a shareholder of record you are entitled to vote! Voting instructions will be in the circular as well as instructions on how to dissent.

5 - The dissenting list on stockigloo and other blogs/boards are NOT official! They are simply polls to help the community get a gauge of how many people and how many shares are dissatisfied with the offer so that we may evaluate our collective strength.

Here's a word of warning...it is uncertain how reliable the numbers on these lists are. THE BURDEN ON EVERY SINGLE SHAREHOLDER IS TO TAKE THE TIME TO READ WHAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED, UNDERSTAND IT AND TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION AS THEY SEE FIT!

DO NOT ASSUME THAT BECAUSE THERE ARE 78M SHARES REPRESENTED AS DISSENTING ON THIS UNOFFICIAL LIST THAT A YES VOTE WILL NOT PASS AND/OR GREATER THAN 5% DISSENTING SHAREHOLDERS WILL BLOCK SCUTTLE THE DEAL.

MAKE SURE YOUR VOTE GETS COUNTED!"

WTG not trading today?

I checked Google Finance and WTG has a blank page. I checked Yahoo Finance, and there's no information about today's trading. Am I missing something here?

What did the authorities finally get involved? Perhaps it’s a slower than normal day.

Committee Questions

Wolf advocate asked:

Do tell us:
- the primary objectives/strategy and the reasoning behind it
- that "the company" can not bribe the team
- how best to support the team

These are all great questions and I can appreciate that it will be difficult for shareholders not to know exactly what is being contemplated.

I think Carib said it best...we can't compromise our position by broadcasting it in a public forum.

As for the question of board composition and credibility, I believe that the representatives that you have chosen are more than capable of representing you fairly and in a responsible manner.

The committee continues to evaluate all suggestions from shareholders and will not hesitate to involve shareholders in the process.

We encourage you to contact us privately when you have insightful suggestions by logging on to agoracom and sending a PM (private message) to Sudbury Novice.

As for supporting the team, we ask for your confidence/trust and mostly encourage you to send us any information that you uncover that you believe will help our cause.

CMM Committee

Sorry for the delay in posting on this blog.

The committee had a conference call today that was a very good start. The members are as stated earlier. Fair For All, Positive Carry, Hoov, Rosedale, Carib and SN. Fair for All is the Chairman. SN is the secretary.

Work is well underway. You can expect updates as we proceed.

As you can appreciate we will not be signaling our moves to the general public. However we will be keeping you informed as best we can along the way.

All input is appreciated. You can send your input by logging onto Agoracom and sending a PM to Sudbury Novice.

Thanks for your support
SN

WTG Polling of CMM Shareholders

It has been reported that WTG has hired a consultant (perhaps Kingsdale Shareholder Services) to contact CMM Shareholders.

If you have been contacted about the CMM/WTG merger (by anyone representing WTG) please report this to the Committee giving as much detail about the call as possible.

You can respond by making a post on Agoracom and/or Stockhouse or by posting on the Century Mining Blog.(stockigloo).

Shareholder's representative Committee?

Carib/Production5!

We have not heard anything new regarding a "Shareholder's Representative Committee", my questions are. Do we have a committee established? Is it possible to know who they are ie nicknames only?

I don't know if I'm speaking just for myself here, or if anyone else is interested in hearing from them. All I/we need to hear is that a committee is setup, they are working on something, and you will all hear from them soon regarding any news.

I,m not trying to bring anything out in the open here, I do remember something about the committee using a private blog to communicate. At this point we are just wandering blindly with out any leadership.

I would like to proceed with sending information to the BCSC, OSC, TMX, BNN and any others that may lend an ear, but I don't want to step on any ones toes or do something that may offend any one.

I don't know if I'm speaking just for myself here, or if anyone else is interested in hearing from them. All I/we need to hear is that a committee is setup, they are working on something, and you will all hear from them regarding an update

Endeavor Mining - How to Grab a Tiger By the Tail

Endeavor Mining

* 80,000 opy gold

*

$200M Cash

*

$295M Market cap ($2.57/sh)

*

114M o/s

*

TSX listing

vs.

White Tiger Gold

*20,000 opy gold

* 20M Cash

* $382M Market Cap ($3.35/sh)

* 114M o/s

* TSX listing

Endeavor's problem has always been sitting on a hoarde of cash and not knowing what to do with it. Endeavor also has experience going a round or two with the Russians (aka. Severstal).

With Century Mining currently sitting at a meager 47c ($180M m/c), Endeavor Mining could very easily purchase the entire operation lock, stock and barrel and still have $20M left over in the bank. The Endeavor/Century Mining combination would produce between 180,000 -210,000 opy by 2012. (almost twice the gold that the WTG/CMM combination is proposing). This new EDV/CMM company could easily achieve a market cap of $1.5-2 Billion.

So please keep driving down the share price Mr. Finisky. It won't be long before a competitor steals Century Mining right out from under your nose and sends White Tiger Gold back to Moscow with its tail between its legs!
