It is good that u had expressed yourself. To make sure I read u correctly, I went back to read your past postings besides the current 2 pieces and your comments. What strike me vividly is that u seem to prefer mediocre results as much as:-
1) In one of your past posting you said that a half decent guy would do for the coming new CEO and I commented that I could not bring myself to accept that and I further insisted we shareholders want the best.
2) Now you essentially said that we should not set high standards and raised expectations and leave things to management.(one more thing I just simply can not fatham how and why raising expectation can hurt the SP!) Regretably, on these 2 scores, u do not have my vote. I would prefer to aim for the sky upon which I could possibly get some eagles. If I aim for the roof top as per your seemingly consistent suggestions and implications, then it is quite certain I shall smash my face against the wall. I support Prod05's approach and works coz I know what he has done is invaluable. Also, please remember an individual armed with knowledge, truth and the internet, is an army. I do not accept retail investors should be meat and hamburger. What can we do? Well, we can raise hell if we need to!.
That's all fine, but in the end it's not really helping anyone all that much. If you raise expectations in such a way that it is not achievable it does not help what so ever in the end. That then becomes the investors new goals. Whether I have peoples support or not is the least of my worries. I express my thoughts in such a way because I am not the only one that feels this way. We wont go on about this for weeks as they would on stock house....I just wanted to put that out there.
Time to take this to investorvillage.com. That is where serious, realistic SH posters ended up. Setup a semi-private board. Excellent navigation, ratings that work, private messages that work. Abuse is not tolerated. And we could get better visibility and credence.
Keep this blog as a fall-back if enough do not migrate over to IV.
(Semi-private needs a moderator, lurking allowed to those who do not wish to "register" with an id etc.)
