Dissident rights need only be submitted to the company before the meeting in writing. It does not have to be pretty just legal. Name, shares etc. see, www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=3c6cfabd-d6ca
All said I am not pushing for a war. So we need to settle a bit. I want and I trust all of us want a fair deal, but i think we need to go in strong and with one voice. if we do we will get a fair deal. So lets get our voice as one, communicate as one with the company and get this job done. OK now one question WHO is on point. Carib, can you create the conditions on the blog to get a united group going and select a point man.
Peachy - thanks for the link! I got there this time.
Blizzy, How many shares do you have so far? I count about 2.5MM, but then several didn't say how many shares. and unfortunately... tried two browsers but got nothing on your link looks like a good source of info. I'm interested in this dissident rights idea you have.
Blizzy will have to proceed without my contribution.
Stockhouse requires the transcription of a set of deformed characters (to exclude automated entries). I've been thru many of these without a problem. But I gave up on this one after 50 (fifty) iterations of it with no success.
