Bid/Ask Changes

A steady diet of sellers selling into the .045 cents until a little bit ago. Ask has now changed from .05 to .055. Could that be because of the wall that seems to be forming at .045???

It looks like .045 is the price that is catching attention. I wonder how many shares our BOD is buying at this price...LOL

Mike, insiders ae not allowed to buy until the MCTO is lifted and that won't happen until Q1 finacials are filed. At the AGM, this was promised for "not later than" July 7. Surprise! Surprise!

It is really bizarre that the biggest insider has been allowed to sell at will while other insiders can't buy a share. I guess the longer the MCTO is in place, the company insiders have a good excuse for not buying and they don't seem to be in any hurry to get the MCTO lifted.

Wega announced today that it is no longer an insider as they sold enough shares to fall below 10% ownership, but still claim to hold 15 million shares. That still doesn't mean that the 11 million shares sold by Canaccord the past month were not theirs.

Hi Ref/Mike;
As far as I can recall, the "insiders" (except Wega!?!) can't trade yet. So the BOD can't be buying (unless they do it by quasi-legal ways through proxies).
On the share price: we are 4.5 pennies from oblivion. So, I guess from here it's either oblivion or back to 'prosperity'!

Thanks Carib/bigjohn, I thought the MCTO was lifted. Anyway, I do think we have reached the bottom. Fingers crossed.

When the MCTO is lifted PK should be authorized by the Board to buy up 20 million shares for the treasury and reduce dilution. The only Board of Directors who own shares in CMM are PK and Ross Burns.

The audit committee was supposed to review the financials today. Yes, at the AGM they said they would be out by July 7.

Events are so bizarre that you are left wondering if they orchestrating the blow-out of dirt cheap shares? They aren't that strategic in their planning though.

Hmmmmm. Comments on the new (and a little bit of a relief) buying interest???? Nice to see.

Mike I threw a bid in for a large block of shares. The sellers were hoping we'd chase them higher.

There isn't a shred of evidence to prove that CMM has changed their lousy management ways. PK is still playing games with company shareholders.

She will try to bundle some good news - the MRI financing(?) - with the much anticipated and long overdue bad news. The Q1,2's will be bad - the CFO reportedly stated they will 'sustain losses until they break-even.' The good news is the share price can only drop a maximum of 6.5 cents.

I hope that everyone has prepared their top 10 questions for PK when she hosts the conference call. PK will attempt to control the conference call by limiting questions to one question per caller. She tried to limit questions at the AGM too but didn't succeed. This is reliable information.
