From TSX-V bulletin

I looks like they only got $1.3M for this first one. It's confusing though, as it doesn't say FT. It might be the FT though as there are no warrants. We'll see if there is more to come.

Maybe they will put out an NR soon. Here is the TSX-V note:

payable to Union Securities Ltd.

Pursuant to Corporate Finance Policy 4.1, Section 1.11(d), the Company must issue a news release announcing the closing of the private placement and setting out the expiry dates of the hold period(s). The Company must also issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly.
