Hi Roxy,

Sorry, I do not have any updates, but I will comment on the company's ogoing failure to communicate to their shareholder base (even aside from their long stretches of no updates on the financing situation). I think it is well deserving. They moved AGM to Vancouver starting last year - it use to be in Toronto. Naturally, ever few people attended last year, and I expect the same this year. I know for a fact that people have repeatedly ask the company to broadcast their AGM over the internet (even just audio), given that Vancouver is not anywhere within attending range of the AGM for almost every shareholder.

Over the years, I have graded the company with a big F for poorness in communications. It sometimes gets slightly better, but generally always come back to F. It is a big reason why the stock price is $.16, IMO. With the continuous failure to close out financing deals in the past (for various reasons), people naturally think the worst when they are left completely in the dark for long periods at a time. What else are they to think?

I think management is doing a lot of good things (which I have pointed out in details many times), but fair is fair. They have been pathetic in this area, IMO. It lacks professionalism and demonstrates a total disrespect for thier loyal shareholders (perhaps the most loyal shareholders in the world).

Agree with you totally on that
Production05. For what its worth,
Brent said they felt no need to put
out another financing update.
They are waiting to announce when
funds are transferred.
