Thoughts on today`s update info

1) Visible gold identified in each of the eight holes

Seeing visible gold at all 8 drill holes is never a bad thing.

2) Lamaque mining starts today

They are on schedule. Earlier in February I posted info that suggested that mining would start in 22 days (March 1st). Today`s update would further suggest that things have gone smooth enough over the 22 days to be in a position to commence mining at Lamaque 2 today.

3) Century to launch lengthy Lamaque drill program

This will likely focused on moving ounces into P&P from M&I and into M&I from Inferred, for the huge number of 43-101 ounces located between the surface and 2000 ft (especially from the surface and 1000 ft).

4) Hourly employees - 19 staff and 69 hourly

It means the hourly rehires were 34 in January and 35 in February (net of any attrition). All 69 appears to be rehires, as oppose to new hires. That`s a nice early hourly staff total, especially if they all come from the (to be) rehired pool. Perhaps there are some others still in the pool that will be added in March (it`s not clear). After all rehires are hired, Century can then recruit the remainder of the hourly staff from regular new hire avenues. It would be good for them to recruit a class of, say, 10 - 12 every month until they reach their full compliment.
