The only thing I can think of is that someone knows or thinks they know that the PP is a done deal. Once this PP is closed, if the terms that have been put forth have been respected, this stock will have a clean balance sheet and enough capital to restart their main project: The Lamaque gold mine. With projected prodution of 70K ounces in 2010 and 140K in 2011, the upside is very good. The hiccup is the financing-once confirmed, this stock should move very well! I think our SP stays close to current price until PP is announced.

What was the reason for the heavy volume ... any ideas ?
