Committee Questions

Wolf advocate asked:

Do tell us:
- the primary objectives/strategy and the reasoning behind it
- that "the company" can not bribe the team
- how best to support the team

These are all great questions and I can appreciate that it will be difficult for shareholders not to know exactly what is being contemplated.

I think Carib said it best...we can't compromise our position by broadcasting it in a public forum.

As for the question of board composition and credibility, I believe that the representatives that you have chosen are more than capable of representing you fairly and in a responsible manner.

The committee continues to evaluate all suggestions from shareholders and will not hesitate to involve shareholders in the process.

We encourage you to contact us privately when you have insightful suggestions by logging on to agoracom and sending a PM (private message) to Sudbury Novice.

As for supporting the team, we ask for your confidence/trust and mostly encourage you to send us any information that you uncover that you believe will help our cause.

I really appreciate the fact these individuals representing us all are going out of their way to fight for us minority shareholders, regardless how many shares each of us own. It seems we are all being treated equally.
I am pretty sure these individuals have lives and perhaps families, which is why it’s greatly appreciated for taking the time away from family and friends to fight for everybody owning CMM shares whether people support or do not support the cause. ...

Well put NT300. We are indebted to them for their service to us.

Wolf_Advocate, you made some good points. We all appreciate the fact that the committee has to do much of its work privately (so as not to alert our opponents of specific actions). But I do hope that there is a coomon understanding that the primary objective is to defeat the unfair merger proposal at all cost (both at the ballot box and in the courts, if necessary). It is significant that 77% of us do not want to have WTG paper for our CMM shares (as indicated by Carib's poll).

On your second point, I am confident that the "company" can not bribe this team (our guarantee is their individual & collective integrity).
Your third point (how best to support the team): we may have to put some cash in the kitty at some point. But we can also take individual action (as many of us have already) by alerting the regulators about the huge conflicts of interest (where Finskiy controls the BoD of both companies!!!), and the media. Personally, I am also going to alert my stockbroker friends about the deceptive tacticts being used by Finskiy & Co.
