I encourage everyone to write letters and emails to the OSC, BCSC, IIROC, etc. If we are to expose them then let's do it with convincing numbers.

Agreed GoldBandit, which is why we need to somehow retrieve specific details, dates and times as the e-mail suggested. Perhaps somebody among us is really good at digging up information and can come up with a simple to read table of events, times and dates leading up and after this merger offer with a comment after each event explaining the situation. Something similar to Carib’s detailed assessment of Finiskiy’s Planned Takeover. Though I am sure our Board Committee are doing just that...
It just seems as though everything was correlated in a way to drive CMM share value down. These sequences of events IMHO were setup up to artificially deflate CMM share price and make WTG’s offer more appealing.
If we can do most of the research I believe the authorities will assist in any manner possible and hopefully charge those who are guilty...
